Cecilia recently completed her first year with the district but she has already made a mark at Miles! She loves seeing the students’ smiles and working alongside a staff that is "so friendly and helpful."

When she isn't at Miles helping create a positive and nurturing environment for our students, you can find her embracing her favorite role: being a grandmother! She loves spending quality time with her grandkids and relaxing with a good movie. While she enjoys all types of films, she has a special soft spot for the horror genre — the scarier, the better.

She shares a common passion with her colleagues for building a school community where everyone — staff and students alike — feels welcome and ready to succeed!
